3. Pickup and Delivery

• Free Pickup and Delivery: We provide free pickup and delivery services across designated areas in the UAE. We will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient time for both pickup and delivery.
• Missed Delivery/Pickup: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time for pickup or delivery, please contact us to reschedule. A delay in delivery due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in additional charges.

4. Garment Care and Damage

• Stain Treatment: While we make every effort to remove stains, some stains may be permanent, and we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
• Liability for Damaged Items: Al Zain Laundry will not be liable for damage to garments resulting from inherent weaknesses, color loss, or other defects in the fabric that were not visible before cleaning. In the event that we are responsible for any damage, our liability is limited to the cost of the service.

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders canceled after pickup may still incur a service fee.
• Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to address your concerns, but refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of service failure.
